Coverage for the everyday—and the unexpected

Real estate coverage services

An extra pair of professional hands, without putting your client relationship on pause. Choose the task and agree on the scope before an agent accepts.

Showing

Have another agent meet your buyer and show a property when you cannot be there.

Share the appointment time, buyer contact, authorized access, property details, and follow-up expectations.

Open house

Request an agent to host an open house while you attend another appointment or take time away.

Include a start and end time, listing highlights, visitor procedures, and instructions for returning inquiries to you.

Property photos

Ask a local agent to take property photos for updates, a remote preview, or a specific on-site need.

Agree on the rooms, angles, number of images, delivery method, and permissions. Professional photography or editing is not included unless separately agreed.

Lockbox / Supra key drop-off

Arrange an authorized lockbox or Supra key drop-off with clear handoff instructions.

Specify the item, recipient, location, and authorized access. No credential sharing or automatic Supra/MLS integration is provided; local access rules still apply.

Inspection access

Coordinate property access for a scheduled inspection.

Identify the inspector, time window, access instructions, and property-security steps. This is access coverage, not a home inspection.

Appraisal access

Arrange access for an appraiser when you cannot attend.

Confirm the appointment and authorized attendees. The covering agent does not perform the appraisal.

Vendor access

Request an agent to facilitate access for an approved property vendor.

Describe the vendor, approved work, attendance window, and lock-up instructions. Agree on any additional responsibilities in advance.

Rental showing

Have a local agent meet a prospective renter for a property tour.

Share the attendee details, viewing instructions, and where rental questions should be directed. Follow brokerage and fair-housing requirements.

All service types use an agreed job fee with a $25 minimum—not a fixed service price. Acceptance depends on a verified agent being available in your area. Posting a request does not guarantee coverage. Confirm brokerage approval, seller permissions, and applicable local rules.
