Online collection, platform-fee charging, and bank payouts are not active. No live platform fee has been finalized. Confirm direct payment terms with the other agent.
What goes into a fair fee?
- Appointment length, preparation, and follow-up.
- Driving distance, multiple stops, and property access.
- Evenings, rush hour, weekends, holidays, or short notice.
- The scope of an open house, photo request, or key handoff.
When enough completed local jobs are available, optional pricing guidance uses those observations and displays adjustments. You can edit the suggestion; it never automatically changes an agreed fee. All amounts are in US dollars.
Tips and payout expectations
After completion, requesting agents can save a 15%, 20%, 25%, or custom tip. These are unsent preferences: saving a tip does not charge you or pay the covering agent.
A future payout goal is 1–3 business days after completion once payments are set up. That timing is not available or guaranteed today. Bank details and broker-payment preferences do not initiate a transfer.
Before work begins, agree on who pays, the amount, the method, the due date, and what happens if plans change. Follow brokerage policies and applicable payment rules. Reporting a concern does not automatically issue a refund or hold payment.
